Around 40 individuals, including Moroccans living abroad and citizens of other nationalities, have lodged complaints against a French language teaching center in Morocco. The center is accused of fraud and deception by those who claim they paid for services that were never delivered. The complaints involve individuals from various countries, including Morocco, Canada, Iraq, and Tunisia. The center advertised its services on social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.

According to the complainants, they paid between 2000 and 4000 Moroccan dirhams for language support services but faced difficulties in contacting the center and receiving the agreed-upon services. One complainant, a Moroccan resident in Belgium, stated that she contacted the center after seeing a promotional advertisement and agreed to pay for language support to prepare for a citizenship interview. However, after making the payment, she was unable to reach the center for further communication or services.

This individual then discovered that others had experienced similar issues, leading to a collective effort to share information and coordinate future actions. Some complainants are considering filing a joint complaint with the relevant authorities to investigate the matter and seek the return of their payments, as well as legal accountability. The complainants have also warned others to be cautious when seeking French language services online, advising them to verify the credibility of the centers and individuals offering these services before making any payments or commitments.
