Google Offers Discount on Pixel 11 Pro Fold Smartphone

Google has announced a €300 discount on its Pixel 11 Pro Fold smartphone, making it available for €1,699. The offer is available through Amazon and Fnac, and the discount will be applied as a rebate.

The Pixel 11 Pro Fold is a foldable smartphone, a category that has seen growing interest in recent years. The device features a large display that can be folded in half, allowing for a more compact form factor when not in use.

Google's offer comes as other major tech companies, such as Apple, face delays in the delivery of their own foldable smartphone products. The iPhone Duo, for example, has seen extended delivery times, providing an opportunity for Google to capture market share with its competitive pricing.

This discount is particularly notable as foldable smartphones are generally priced at a premium. The Pixel 11 Pro Fold's original price point was €1,999, making the current offer a significant reduction.

Google's strategy aims to attract consumers who are interested in the foldable smartphone category but have been deterred by the high price points. By offering a substantial discount, Google hopes to make the Pixel 11 Pro Fold more accessible to a broader range of customers.

CONTEXT: Foldable smartphones represent a new frontier in mobile technology, offering larger screens in a more portable package. As the market for these devices grows, competition among tech giants is intensifying, with each company vying to capture a share of this emerging market segment.
