Discord to Index Public Server Messages on Google Search

Discord has revealed that messages from its public servers will be indexed by Google and appear in search results starting from mid-December 2026. This change will affect over 63,000 public servers on the platform.
In the European Union, user messages will remain hidden by default. However, summaries of conversations generated by artificial intelligence will be published starting November 16, 2023.
