Millions to Receive £100 Energy Payment Starting January

Starting in January, the UK government will distribute a £100 energy payment to millions of households.

The payment is aimed at helping households cope with rising energy costs. The government has not yet specified the exact date within January when payments will begin.

Eligibility for the payment will be based on specific criteria, although the exact details have not been fully disclosed.

The government has stated that the payment will be automatic for those who qualify, meaning recipients do not need to apply.

This initiative is part of broader efforts by the UK government to support households facing financial strain due to increasing energy prices.
