Morocco Expands Vocational Training Program with New Specializations

Morocco's Ministry of Vocational Training and Education has announced the expansion of its 'San3a 2' program, adding two new professional specializations in each region, including those tailored for women. This addition complements the six previously approved specializations, aiming to diversify training offerings and adapt to the unique needs of each region and various demographic groups.

The program, which caters to individuals aged 15 and above, will offer 90 hours of practical training. This approach focuses on field practice and direct guidance from experts, enabling participants to acquire new professional skills and enhance practical competencies. The training courses are scheduled to commence on November 2, 2026, with registrations opening through the platform's link.

Regional directors of vocational training and education are currently verifying data related to the offered specializations. This step is preparatory to engaging with registrants and confirming the details of their training benefits.

CONTEXT: This expansion underscores Morocco's commitment to enhancing its vocational training infrastructure, aligning with global trends in workforce development and addressing regional economic needs. The program's inclusivity, targeting various age groups and genders, reflects a strategic effort to foster a skilled and adaptable workforce.
