Three Palestinians, including a child, were killed in clashes with Israeli forces in Gaza on Monday, amid ongoing violations of a ceasefire. The deceased are identified as Hesham Fakhri Zameli (21), Tamer Senima, and the child Jouri Islam Al-Sufi. The incidents occurred in the Khan Younis region, where Israeli drones struck tents housing displaced people.
The clashes began when Israeli forces opened fire on the tents in the Khan Younis area. Israeli forces also launched a drone strike, dropping three smoke bombs and firing heavily as they withdrew. This resulted in the deaths of three Palestinians and injuries to ten others. Additionally, Israeli forces fired on areas north-east of Khan Younis and north of the Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza. Artillery fire was also reported in Beit Lahia, north of Gaza.
According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the death toll since the ceasefire began on October 10 has risen to 1,562, with an additional 5,573 injured.
