Bayern Munich Coach Vincent Kompany Released from Hospital

Bayern Munich head coach Vincent Kompany has been released from the hospital following his collapse during a training session last week.
Kompany's discharge was confirmed by Bayern Munich board member for sports, Max Eberl, on Wednesday.
The collapse was attributed to a meningeal irritation, according to Eberl.
Kompany's return to work has not been specified, but the club has stated that his recovery will be closely monitored.
This incident marks the second time in recent months that Kompany has faced health issues while coaching.
In November 2023, Kompany was hospitalized due to a viral infection, which led to him missing several matches.
Kompany took over as head coach of Bayern Munich in the summer of 2023, replacing the previous coach who left the club.
Under his leadership, Bayern Munich has shown strong performances, currently holding a significant lead in the Bundesliga standings.
