Algeria Aims to Boost Tourism Investment with 362 Properties

Algeria is taking steps to boost tourism investment by preparing 362 properties for investors. The Minister of Tourism and Handicrafts, Houria Medahi, chaired a coordination meeting to discuss the status of tourist real estate and efforts to list and evaluate available properties on the investor platform of the Algerian Agency for Investment Promotion. The meeting, attended by central administration officials and representatives from the National Agency for Tourist Real Estate, focused on efforts to fill and enhance the economic value of these properties, and expedite their availability for investors.
