Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday vowed to strike Israel's enemies at any moment, asserting the country's readiness and capability to respond to threats. The statement came ahead of elections scheduled for October 27, which Netanyahu is seeking to win.

Speaking from an undisclosed airbase, Netanyahu stated, “We have the preparedness, the determination, and the capability to strike our enemies when necessary.” He warned Israel's adversaries, “Do not test us, for you will face harsher blows than you have endured so far.”

Netanyahu's remarks follow a period of heightened regional tensions, including military confrontations with Hezbollah in Lebanon and Iran. In February, Israel and the United States launched a war against Iran, escalating the conflict and complicating efforts to reach a settlement.

Netanyahu, who leads one of the most right-wing governments in Israel's history, is campaigning on a security platform. He is seeking to bolster his chances of retaining his position as the election date approaches.

On Sunday, Netanyahu called on undecided voters to listen to former U.S. President Donald Trump, who has expressed full and unconditional support for Netanyahu in the elections. Netanyahu described the relationship between Israel and the U.S. as having achieved “exceptional” results, adding that Israel has “crushed Iran.”
