Omar Racha, Director General of the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency, participated in the opening of the 9th World Investment Forum 2026 in Doha, Qatar, on Sunday. Racha attended the inauguration ceremony alongside Algeria's Ambassador to Qatar, Saleh Atiya. The event was also attended by the Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani.
